Pork Chops with tamarind sauce

Ingredients
1 Kg pork chop
350 grs. Sweet Tamarind pulp Don Pancho
¼ cup honey
¼ cup ginger
¼ tea spoon pepper
2 spoon vegetable oil
1 tea spoon salt
¼ tea spoon garlic powder
1/3 cup soya sauce
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients (except chops), add the chops and cover with the sauce.
Let rest for at least 30 minuts, drain the chops and keep the sauce. Preheat oven to 190° C.
Place in a pan and cover with sauce .
Bake for 30 minutes covering several times with sauce until they are ready.
Place chops in a frying pan until they are tender and the sauce caramelize, can be served with tamarindo sauce
