STORAGE
Accepted the product, its entrance is registered and it keeps according to the type of raw material.
CUT OFF and REMOVE THE VEINS
In this stage of the process, the cleaning of the Chile consists of cutting off and remove the veins of it. After that it is classified according to its type.

In order to prepare the mole in paste; once the milling has crushed it finely, special oils are added tot allow the mole to acquire a doughy consistency
PACKAGING
The mole in paste is packaged in a manual form in each one of its different presentations.
STORAGE
The finished product is stored in the warehouse where the environmental conditions are the adapted ones to protect the product
